A Poor Guy with A Great Compensation Plan!!!!

Just couple of days before I've got a call from a guy.I was just waking up in the morning.When I said hello the guy asked me if I were Sanjida Hasnin from "X company" I replied,'yes'.Then he started telling me about a great business opportunity he is cuurently involved with! What a fantastic compensation plan they have! & how his company can produce 3 times better results than my current compnay!!

I was like......hello..!!??!! I never have any communication with him prior to that day.He got my contact number from my website as he mentioned.I even couldn't remeber his name!! As a Network Marketer I could recognise this poor guy....he has been prospecting for his downline! Now if you are also a Network Marketing professional you might not find anything wrong with that but let me tell you--He was a Spammer!!What he was doing called SPAM!

Let me explain a bit here.In Old School of Network Marketing we are taught to pitch our opportunity to anyone & everyone--not ever bothering about the target market.The most classic advice we get from our sponsor's is that "everyone is your prospects"!So many newbies start by making name list of 200 friends/families & neighbours,doing home parties,distributing leaflets in the malls,cold calling etc. only to be frustrated & humiliated by rejections.Now this guy has also done the same thing--only he found me online and tried to pitch me his BizOpp!

Be very straight -Do I care about HIS great compensation plan or business opportunity??Heck... NO!Give me an honest answer --"Will you care if I tell you that I have the BEST business opportunity in the WORLD"?? Yaah I heard you said "Who Cares!?"

EXACTLY!!

Who Cares Who Got What ....UNLESS there is something in it for YOU or for me!

I didn't just said to the poor fella that I was not interested-- I was also hugely annoyed by his lack of understading of persuasion.See now Network Marketing is going through a transition period.People are bombared everyday with thousands of MLM BizOpps.People just pass those without even thinking any further.The new school of Network Marketing teaches us to attract people instead of chasing them.For any Network Marketer it's a big relief to even know that there is a way to attract people & let them come to him/her asking about his/her products or business opportunity than going after them-spending time,energy & money without knowing whether they are interested at all or not!

Network Marketing has entered the era of Relationship Building.....I mean honest & long lasting relationship by providing value first.Think who will attract you?The person who is constantly talking about Him..His Business & His Profit Or the other one who talks about You..Your Interests & Your Benifits.Pretty simple--surely the last one!This is the same when it comes to business & marketing.If a Network Marketer can position himself/herself seperate from the mass by providing valuable information on the business,products or industry which interests his/her target market without any obligation to join his BizOpp people will very surely percieve that person as a genuine friendly advisor----don't you agree?People will be attracted to that person without even asking for it!The whole concept has given an interesting title--Attraction Marketing!! To be very frank every leader in every sector knows this simple piece of info.The more people percieve them as successful/knowledgable/expert the more successful they become!

There was nothing wrong about finding my contact info online and the guy calling me.But he should have taken one step back before calling me.He should have built a relation first & find out whether there is an actual need for his business opportunity from my side or not.

I encourage other marketers--please do not jump upon a new person with your BizOpp instead find about him/her,try to provide some value before bringing up your opportunity on the table.
